| Can a negative review be removed? | |
| It is Hotscripts policy not to intervene in a dispute between listing partners and end users. We can only remove a review if it is in violation of Hotscripts review guidelines. However, we now offer the option for listing partners to respond to all review |

| How long does it take for my review to be published? | |
| All member submitted reviews are subjected to moderation prior to being published on our site. We usually request between 48-72 hours for validation. |
