Rick Duffield, a junior Economics major at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, has joined the iNET team as an intern. Rick will be working with the Corporate Development department. In particular, he will be conducting market and competitive research and providing general support to all of iNET’s departments.
“We are excited to have Rick join the iNET team. He has a well rounded background including several leadership roles at Miami. He will be a valuable asset as we continue to research new markets to support our acquisition efforts and Rick will have the opportunity to interact with the various departments at iNET. The internship will allow Rick to apply the knowledge he is learning in the classroom to a real world setting,” commented Mark Sancrant, Vice President of Corporate Development. “We have had great success with our intern program and are very happy to continue our relationship with Miami University as well as other area colleges.”
Over the past five years, iNET has hired multilpe interns to assist on special projects. The students interviewed are from among local colleges and universities including Miami University, Wright State, Xavier University and the University of Cincinnati. iNET Interactive is fortunate to have access to world-class universities and colleges that produce outstanding young talent in the Cincinnati and Dayton area. The interns gain valuable business experience while iNET gains creative thinking and a hard work ethic for tackling important projects and research initiatives.
