Team

Troy Augustine

President and CEO

“I became the CEO of iNET Interactive after it was acquired in late 2005. I don’t really “do” anything at iNET Interactive – my team won’t let me sell advertising or write code. My focus is on setting our vision and strategy, making sure that we have great people in the right places to make it happen, and putting systems in place to track our progress. When I’m not doing that, I’m spending time with my family. I’m married, and I have two young sons who have supplanted any interesting hobbies that I may have once had.”

John Skinner

Chief Financial Officer

“I joined iNet as CFO in May 2008. I’ve been in Finance roles for over 18 years, working previously at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Reynolds & Reynolds, Relizon/WorkflowOne, and Interbrand. I am a graduate of Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio and am an Ohio CPA. I’m married with two sons. I enjoy coaching my kid’s sports teams and playing a little myself when I find the time.”

Kelly Kleiner

Vice President, Sales

“Sales & Marketing is a true passion for me– I couldn’t imagine a more fun or rewarding career! I have worked on all sides of the business, including traditional advertising, place-based marketing, events, and online advertising/sponsorships. I’ve spent time on both the “client side” and the “media side” of the table, and just prior to joining iNET, I managed an advertising team at F+W Media. I live in Cincinnati, with my husband, son, two step-sons and pet bird. When we aren’t cheering for one of the “boys” at some sporting event, we tackle huge house projects, boat, bike and love to eat at great restaurants.”

Mark Sancrant

Director, Corporate Development

“I’ve been managing iNet’s acquisition efforts since April 2008. I’ve been active in mergers and acquisitions for over 14 years. I previously lived and worked in NYC for Prudential Securities, Blue Stone Capital, and operated my own M&A consulting firm. I’m a graduate of Miami University and Fordham University Graduate School of Business. My wife and I were married in 2008 in South Africa and have a daughter who has been a true joy. I enjoy food and wine, traveling and history.”

Kevin Gold

Director of Marketing

“It’s been over 11 years since I started working specifically in Internet marketing and over sixteen in various market strategy, sales and relationship management roles. Internet marketing became my passion after discovering its significant advantage with testing, measuring and optimizing. Plus there’s always something new to learn, leverage and execute. iNET has kept my passion for learning well satisfied with responsibilities for not only Internet and corporate marketing but also community development, publisher of Search Marketing Standard magazine and Chairman of HostingCon. When not working, reading, or jogging, I am having a great time with my wife, Jen, daughter Abi, and Max – our golden retriever.”

Mat Sumpter

“I have been into Linux system administration and web development since 2002 when I started with Slackware and Ultimate Bulletin Board. Originally I was a member of Web Hosting Talk before being hired in early 2004 by iNET. I am happy married to my wife Ashley and I enjoy immersing myself in and blogging about all things geek!”

I’m married and have 2 boys. In my free time I like to watch sports, play poker, jog, read a good book, play sudoku and I can’t live without my TiVo.”

Ed Baker

“I have always been obsessed with technology and sales. I started out selling cell-phones; when the cool things about them were that you could make calls from your car. I moved from selling phones to selling PCs. I eventually got into tech-sales management for various retail stores such as CompUSA, Best Buy, and Sprint. I enjoy life through singing, spending time with my family, teaching life management courses, and continuing my education.”

Dennis Johnson

Senior Community Adviser / Web Hosting Talk Community Leader

“I’ve been involved in growing and maintaining online forums and communities as long as I’ve been on the Internet. I’ve studied, initiated and shared best practices for moderating forums since 2003. Before joining iNET in 2005, I spent a few decades self-employed in various customer service oriented venues. I’m married and have grown children. I live in Kalamazoo Michigan where, besides from spending time in iNET communities, I can be found taking time to be creative in the kitchen or escaping with Shelly (my guitar).”

Rob Farrell

“I’m a graduate of Miami University’s computer science program and a long time Linux enthusiast. As of late, I’ve been concentrating my efforts on web application development using the PHP framework CakePHP. I’m also a new father and proud husband to my daughter Leah and wife Jenn. On my free time, I can be found online shamelessly promoting myself.”

I received my undergraduate degree from University Wisconsin Whitewater and my MBA from Wright State University. When I’m not at work, I am spending time with my wife Charity and our three daughters. In the sparse free time that I have, I enjoy watching movies, exercising, and tinkering with my computer or surfing the web.”

Matt Bidinger

Community Manager

“I joined iNet with a background in corporate Systems Administration, and a passion for online community dynamics. The altruistic motivations behind joining online communities and the free information exchange that goes on within sparked my interest roughly a decade ago; identifying and enabling initiatives to support the ingenuity and potential of web sites with dedicated membership keeps me highly engaged today, making iNet an ideal fit for me as a Community Manager. Hanging out on forums typically keeps me off the streets at night. In whatever time is left over, I enjoy playing with Liquid Nitrogen and computer parts, tinkering with Linux, long walks with my dog Bubba, and stimulating, though often ridiculous, conversation with my girlfriend Kim.”

Nicole Henderson

“I joined iNet when it acquired the Web Host Industry Review in March 2011. After studying journalism at Ryerson University in Toronto, I started writing for the Web Host Industry Review. Revia Romberg

Customer Service/Office Assistant

“My main duty is solving whatever subscription problems Windows Secrets subscribers might encounter. I also forward the dozens of daily e-mails our subscribers send, commenting on our stories, or requesting technical help. (It’s gratifying that our readers think we are that smart.) And if you enjoy the Wacky Web Week on the Windows Secrets newsletter you can thank me for your weekly chuckles. Originally hailing from Brooklyn, NY, I spent most of my youth in Los Angeles. I come from a huge, boisterous, and very close family. A couple of months ago, my husband and I moved to Palo Alto to escape the cloudy and rainy skies of Seattle. We are parents to a Rhodesian Ridgeback “puppy” names Bauer (named after the great Jack Bauer – yes, we are huge fans of the TV series “24″). At 11 months old, Bauer already weighs 125 pounds! My main interests include hiking and traveling, and especially fashion and film.”

Leslie Boultbee

“After graduating from the Ontario College of Art and Design in 2001, I spent a few years showing in the Toronto Arts Community. After seeing how these art events were run, I always thought event planning would be for me. Working at a busy clinic, I got to prove my abilities as an event planner and office manager. Lucky for me, the Web Host Industry Review’s publisher was watching me at work and developed a job with me in mind. In 2010 I joined the WHIR as the event planner for Networking events. With the acquisition of the WHIR in March 2011, I joined iNet Interactive. In my spare time you can find me following the Toronto food scene, out for walks with my Schipperke, and cooking.”

He spends most of his spare time listening to music, going to shows, watching films, and brainstorming new names for bands he will never start.”

Dale Collinge

Ad Traffic Manager

“I joined the Web Host Industry Review in September 2003 as an Admin Assistant, which included a wide variety of duties from ad trafficking to invoicing & payment collections, and many other things in between. I joined iNet Interactive as an ad trafficker when the WHIR (rhymes with “purr”, not with “skier”) was acquired in March 2011. I was born and raised in the north of the UK, lived in Los Angeles for 9 years, before finally settling in the Great White North in 1999.
